Disability Services
Assisted listening devices are available free of charge for use during an event. Stop by the Guest Services Office in room 190 in the Arena Lobby for your assisted listening device.

At all Alltel Center events, we offer facilities and amenities for our physically-challenged guests. There are numerous accessible seats located throughout the arena, including floor seating for most events. There are elevators within the Alltel Center, accessible to every level of the arena.

To purchase disability seating for all Alltel Center events, call the Box Office at (507)389-3001 or Ticketmaster at (507) 625-7919.

ATM
There is an Automated Teller Machine located within the Alltel Center, next to the ticket office.

First Aid Locations
First aid facilities are available in room 189 in the Alltel Center Arena Lobby. Please ask the nearest usher or event staff for any assistance.

Lost and Found
A lost and found service is available in the Guest Services Office located in room 190 in the arena lobby. Articles are kept at the office until the end of the event and then are stored in the Administrative Offices. For more information, please call (507) 389-3000.

Lost Children
Any lost children are immediately brought to the Guest Services Office located in room 190 in the Arena Lobby. If you are looking for any lost children or need assistance of any kind, please contact any Alltel Center event staff or usher immediately.

No Smoking
The Alltel Center is a smoke-free building. Smoking is only permitted outside the building in designated areas.

Camera Policy
The camera policy varies from event to event. Cameras are permitted at some events, but each event has its own policy. When an event requests a "No Camera Policy," it will be enforced by Alltel Center event staff. Please call (507) 389-3001 for information on a specific event's camera policy. Cameras are permitted for all MSU Maverick hockey games.

Under no circumstances are audio & video recording devices allowed for any event at the Alltel Center.

Animals
Pets are not permitted at the Alltel Center; however, all service animals are welcome. Please notify your ticket seller at the time of purchase if an aisle seat is required to accommodate your service animal.

Prohibited Items
The following items are strictly prohibited at the Alltel Center:

  • Bottles & Cans
  • Audio & Video Recorders
  • Outside Food and Beverages
  • Laser Pens
  • Fireworks
  • Weapons
  • Alcohol
  • Drugs

Parking
Parking is available in the Mankato Place Ramp on Hickory Street, and the Depot Ramp on Walnut Street. Handicapped parking is available in designated areas in the ramps and on the streets.

Buying Tickets
Tickets are available at all Ticketmaster locations including Rainbow Foods of Mankato. Tickets may also be purchased on-line through www.ticketmaster.com or charged by phone at (507)625-7919.

The Box Office is located in the main lobby of the Alltel Center, at 1 Civic Center Plaza, on Hickory Street. Parking is available in front of the Box Office to allow easy access to pick up your tickets at will call or to buy tickets for an upcoming event. Please call (507) 389-3001 for more information or questions on any event at the Alltel Center.

Alltel Center Box Office Hours:
  • Summer hours = Monday thru Friday: 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Saturday and Sunday: Four hours prior to a scheduled event

Guest Conduct
Appropriate guest conduct provides an environment in which guests may enjoy an event at the Alltel Center. Improper conduct (including profane or abusive language and throwing objects) may result in ejection from the building. Repeated offenses could result in the loss of ticket privileges.

Guest Services Office
The Alltel Center provides many services to our guests. The Guest Services Office is located in room 190 in the Arena Lobby and is open during all events.

Scalpers and Ticket Brokers
"Scalpers" and ticket brokers are not recognized ticketing agents of the Alltel Center. If you purchase lost or stolen tickets from a non-authorized agent, you risk being removed from the seats you are in upon the presentation of a replacement ticket by the legal ticket holder.
